Virtual Infrastructure & Virtual Desktop Design & Implementation
- System Architecture Planning: A highly interactive process in which we work with the client to develop a comprehensive solution to apply technology to meet specific technical and operations challenges. All aspects of the systems are taken into consideration including communications, security, physical demands such as power and space, and integration with existing systems.
- Network and System Design: Comprehensive plans for the deployment of the Virtual Infrastructure and VDI architecture including costs, resources commitments, and the impact on day-to-day operations.
- Deployment Methodology: A detailed project plan that outlines the timeline and resources needed to fully deploy the system design.
- Proof of Concept: A scaled down version of a full Virtual Infrastructure and VDI deployment that allows a select group of users to test the new technology in a controlled environment. This service provides a way to assess the validity of the design in a contained way to ensure a successful deployment.

- Implementation: Taking the system design and deployment plan and making it a reality
- Skills Transfer: Working with our clients’ staff to transfer skills and knowledge so that they can better understand the virtual environment including XenApp and XenDesktop
- Project Management: Assisting our clients with a deployment to ensure that timelines are adhered to and budgets are met.
- Project Support and Intervention: Providing a reliable resource to our clients and their staff with some or all of the implementation responsibilities – depending on the degree of comfort from the customer.
