Partners play a key role in helping us meet our customers’ needs, and we are deeply committed to their success. Our partner program is built to provide you with the tools, training, support, and resources you need to advance your business.

The Goliath Team has decades of experience building robust global channel partnerships. We know how to foster a relationship of trust and mutual benefit. Our simple and clear goal is sales enablement for those who wish sell our products while minimizing administration.

We believe the following 6 points are worth consideration for potential partners:

1.  We are easy to work with.    Many software vendors require resellers or agents to pay for multiple certifications. You can offer Monitor IT to your customers without certification or training and get full support from us. All you have to do is register a deal and begin the sales process or have us lead the sales process. You dictate our level of involvement. We are here to support you.

2.  Platinum Status Immediately – No minimum sales volume required.   From your first registered deal, even without being signed up as a partner, you will receive a high discount off of list price. Goliath Technologies will offer sales and technical support for the first 10 deals without requiring training or certification so that the partner has time to determine the business case for formalizing the relationship. This is a way to test the business case for selling Goliath Technologies without expending valuable resources.

3.  Marketing Support.  Where we don’t have high lead volumes to share with our partners we do have both high discounts and marketing support to make it worthwhile and easy to initiate your own lead generation programs. We offer high margins from dollar one so there is incentive to drive our product, but we also offer our marketing expertise and graphics group to create marketing pieces and demand generation programs. In addition, depending on the scope of the demand generation initiative, we will dedicate specific hours from our inside sales team to conduct a calling campaign - this is free telemarketing support from trained software sales people.

4.  Channel Integrity.   The term Channel conflict is often a result of poor communication, ambiguous rules and flawed business judgment on the part of the software vendor or the reseller. If you are reselling one of Goliath Technologies’ products you should know the following:

1) If you register a lead with us, then that specific account location is yours. We will not take that sale direct. If the account insists on a direct relationship and you brought us the deal, we will pay you as if you sold the product.

2) If we have another product in our portfolio that the customer would like to purchase and, either you don’t carry the product or, because of a licensing relationship, we can’t resell the product through our channel, we will compensate you between 10%-15%.

5.  Exclusive Geographic Territories and OEM Private Label.   Goliath Technologies is flexible enough to allow for special distribution relationships with our customers. If there is a desire for a deeper form of partnership, please contact sales.

6.  Register a Lead.    If you have a customer that may be interested in acquiring our technology then simply register the potential sales opportunity or contact sales. We will provide sales support at your direction or we can reach out to the customer ourselves. Just let us know how you would like us to engage. We will provide ongoing status on the sales progress and a commission of 10% when the transaction is complete. Simply register a contact and when the deal closes you will be paid.
